2. Subject of the service
Veritas Ask is an evidence-first AI search and research support service. It is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional.
3. Account and registration
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
By creating an account you confirm you are at least 16 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, in particular not to enter unlawful content, attempt to bypass security, scrape, or use the service to generate misleading professional advice for third parties without proper qualification.
Do not enter confidential client, patient or case-identifying personal data unless your organisation has approved this use.
5. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Prices, billing periods and limits are described on the Pricing page. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Intellectual property
All software, design, branding and content of Veritas Ask are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of MAŃSKI AI s.r.o. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAŃSKI AI s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or decisions made on the basis of AI-generated outputs without independent professional verification.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, with venue in Brno, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
