Plan
Decompose the question. Identify what evidence would be required to verify each sub-claim.
Retrieve
Search authoritative sources with grounding. Primary, official, peer-reviewed sources weighted highest.
Score
Each source receives an authority score. Each claim receives a confidence score and an evidence grade.
Synthesize
Compose the answer using only what evidence supports. Note contradictions explicitly.
Disclose
If evidence is insufficient, the system declares it. No fabrication. No filler. Inconclusive is a valid answer.
